Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently conducting a study at Institute of Neuroscience, Newcastle University. The main purpose of my study is to investigate how religion may affect one of ways that people interpret unwanted intrusive thoughts that are linked to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) symptoms.

Therefore, I would like to invite your members of communities to participate in this study.

The reason why I choose your communities because it offers broader range of people such as diverse religious groups and cultures, different age groups, levels of education, etc. For your information, as well as your communities, I will be inviting people from other communities that may possibly take part in this study.

I would be very grateful if you could take 20 to 40 minutes to fill out an online survey on this topic. The survey is completely anonymous, however, and cannot be linked to you in any way.
